It took me a while to work out which diagram was the correct one for the installation on a Merlin (or at least, my Merlin, "Osprey" MN74). The adaptations were mostly to label the major components and colour-code the wires. My boat does not have the secondary panel with rev counter etc. so that section of the diagram is left as-is. This is an adapted version of one of the wiring diagrams in the full Bukh-20 service manual. It took me a while to work out which diagram was the correct one for the installation on a Merlin (or at least, my Merlin, "Osprey" MN74). The adaptations were mostly to label the major components and colour-code the wires. My boat does not have the secondary panel with rev counter etc. so that section of the diagram (top left and left) is left as-is.
