Not sure how to do it, but the wikipedia layout for towns that has a picture top right and table of statistics below this on the right, with main text on the left works well as a layout. Maintainance details is a great idea but I don't think each one merits a top level heading. How about a maintainance section with those bits underneath ? Julian 21:57, 17 November 2011 (UTC)
