Tempest 31

Introduction

Planned as a smaller version of the racing Storm 33s, Westerly found that very few people actually raced Storms so the Tempest was introduced as a fast cruiser. They proved very popular with the twin keel version sailing as fast as the fin keel version into wind with a small crew on board.
