Introduction

This was in the era of the "Winter of Discontent" and it was thought this might be a way of increasing sales in a very difficult and depressed market. The 21 had different windows and a slightly modified and wooden interior. Somewhat surprisingly the last two 21s made were sold as Warwicks.
