Introduction

One of the original designs from the founder of the Westerly company, Commander Denys Rayner. These designs became the core for the rest of the company's yachts and laid the foundation for all that is/was good about the Westerly build. The Windrush was a redesign of the W25 and was the first to include a main bulkhead between the forecabin & heads and the main saloon. It also incorporated all the improvements, ideas, and modifications plus the experience gained from the earlier designs. The Windrush was one of the first westerly models to be given a name, all the previous designs were given the notation Westerly 22 or Westerly 25 etc., etc.
